  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. We will notify you in case of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Available for select locations. Delivery times for international shipments may vary, typically ranging from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please be aware that garage equipment may require additional packaging or special handling, which could affect delivery time for some large or fragile items.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • Standard Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.

  • For international customers, shipping rates are based on location and order size and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx). For large items that require special handling, you may receive freight tracking information.

International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, please note:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please:
