For larger items or equipment, please ensure that all accessories and instructions are included. Ironclad Garages reserves the right to reject returns for any item that shows signs of damage or use.

Return Process

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please ensure the item is properly packed for return to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Ironclad Garages is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Refund Processing and Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
